Full Service Bookkeeping
Includes all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, bank reconciliation, monthly reports, earnings statements, budget to actual expense comparisons, 1099s for independent contractors at the end of the year.
Light Bookkeeping (P/T)
If you are comfortable keeping up with the day-to-day input and just need a little help on an as-needed basis, we can customize a program for you based on your exact needs.
Monthly: Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statements, Gross Receipts Reporting
Quarterly: Payroll Reporting, Workers Compensation Reporting, Estimated Tax Payments
Yearly: Property Tax Statements, Sales Tax Calculation, Financial Statement Preparation
QuickBooks® Setup
Depending on the size and scope of your business, setup can be done as a one-time or ongoing process.
Basic File Setup: Creation of a company file with a complete Chart of Accounts, up to 10 Customers, 10 Vendors and 10 Sales Items.
Basic File Setup with Payroll: Includes Basic File Set-Up PLUS up to 10 employees including year to date payroll balances.
Custom File Set-Up: Includes Basic File Set-Up
Custom File Setup with Payroll: Includes Custom File Set-Up PLUS up to 10 employees including year to date payroll balances.
